What Up, Party People! My husband makes a bad ** (beeeeeep) pulled pork that is so simple to make. The best part is that you can eat on it for a couple of days and I swear it gets better with time. I think it is because the juices soak in while it sits over night. It also feeds quite a few mouths, so perfect for any upcoming events you might be hosting. Anyways, here is the recipe. - Pork shoulder
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Cook 8-10 hrs. Shred with forks. Boom! Bam!
